Esperance Description

Style and functionality were equally important considerations in the design of this home.

The client brief was to build a contemporary home with high quality fittings and fixtures that was also functional for a young family’s needs. The façade is stunning with the use of cream block work, CSR linear board and hardwood timber. Architectural Alpolic was used as a feature around the eave in the front of the home.

The crisp white kitchen with glass fronted overhead cabinets, Snow white granite benchtops and a butler’s pantry form the center of the home while the views from the open plan living speak for themselves. This home has plenty of natural light and all living spaces open onto a north facing timber deck which is perfect for indoor outdoor entertaining.

A gas log fire in the separate lounge provides a cozy retreat for the family in the cooler months.

Beautiful tiling, two pack joinery and granite benches along with a free standing bath are both practical and luxurious.

The combination of innovative, personalised design and finesse of details puts Derbyshire at the forefront of the building industry and is what we strive for with every home we deliver.
